No Refund Policy

Policy Overview: NeoAssist does not offer refunds for any token purchases or subscription plans. This policy ensures clarity and fairness in all transactions.


Why We Don’t Offer Refunds

Digital Product: Tokens are digital assets and become available immediately after purchase. As they are consumed instantly, they cannot be returned.

Instant Access: All services are available right after payment. Because our platform delivers immediate utility, refunds are not applicable.

Development Costs: Each transaction supports the ongoing development, maintenance, and improvement of our AI platform.


Limited Exceptions

Technical Issues: In cases of verified technical problems that prevent service usage, and which cannot be resolved by our team within a reasonable time, a refund may be considered.

Duplicate Purchases: Accidental double charges will be reviewed and refunded if validated.

Unauthorized Transactions: Any unauthorized charges reported and confirmed will be refunded accordingly.


Refund Request Process

Step 1: Contact support at support@neoassist.pro within 7 days of your purchase.

Step 2: Include account info, purchase ID, and reason for your request.

Step 3: We will review your case within 5 business days.

Step 4: If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.


Subscription Policy

No Mid-Term Cancellations: Active subscriptions cannot be canceled mid-cycle. You may turn off auto-renewal to prevent future charges, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.


Token Expiration

Standard Tokens: Do not expire and remain in your account until used.

Promotional Tokens: May expire based on campaign terms.


Service Changes

Functionality Adjustments: If we make changes that significantly reduce platform capabilities, we may offer additional tokens as compensation at our discretion.


Agreement to Terms

Acknowledgement: By purchasing tokens or subscribing, you agree to abide by this policy in full.


Compliance

Payment Processor Requirements: Our refund policy is structured to meet the guidelines of platforms like Stripe and maintain payment compliance standards.
