NeoAssist is a digital platform that delivers AI-powered customer support solutions through cloud-based access and token-based usage. We do not ship physical products of any kind. All services, tokens, and platform features are delivered electronically through your registered account.
Token Delivery & Access
Upon successful payment, purchased tokens are instantly credited to your NeoAssist account. These tokens allow you to interact with our AI tools, including chatbot exchanges, training module uploads, and integration features. You can monitor your token balance and usage in your user dashboard at any time.
If token delivery is delayed or you do not see your updated balance within 5 minutes of purchase, please contact our support team immediately for resolution.
Subscription Plan Access
If you’ve selected a recurring subscription plan, your access to platform features will be automatically activated after your initial payment is processed. Subscriptions renew according to your selected billing frequency (monthly, quarterly, or annually), and your access will remain active throughout the subscription term as long as payments are successfully processed.
If your subscription lapses due to payment failure, your access will be temporarily suspended until payment is completed or the issue is resolved.
Email & Receipt Confirmation
Each successful transaction triggers an automatic email confirmation that includes:
- Purchase summary
- Token count or plan details
- Date of activation
- Instructions for accessing your account or features
If you do not receive this email within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact support.
Technical Delivery Issues
In rare cases, delivery failures may occur due to browser errors, payment gateway delays, or internet disruptions. If you do not receive access to your tokens or services after successful payment, reach out to our support team at support@neoassist.pro. We aim to resolve all technical issues within 1 business day or less.
Refund Conditions Related to Delivery
Since NeoAssist provides immediate access to digital services upon payment, our platform follows a strict no-refund policy (see Refund Policy). Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Unused tokens
- Subscription cancellations mid-cycle
- Customer error during checkout
Exceptions may be made in cases of confirmed platform malfunction or duplicate purchases.
Service Availability by Region
NeoAssist is accessible globally. However, it is the responsibility of the user to ensure internet availability, local platform accessibility, and compliance with any local data regulations in their region.
